Data we receive

When you send a request by email we receive the information you write (name, email, phone, message and the products in your cart). The cart itself is stored only in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request and prepare an offer (steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the request and legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion at info@premiumhouse.store.
